This course offers an in-depth description of multiple imputation (MI) methods for addressing missing data in cost‐effectiveness analyses (CEA). The course provides an overview of the basic principles of MI, as well as more advanced approaches for handling complex features, such as clustering and missing not at random. We illustrate the methods through a series of trial-based CEAs using Stata.
