Applied Cost-Effectiveness Modeling with R

This course teaches using R for model-based cost-effectiveness analysis (CEA). Implementation of Markov cohort, partitioned survival, and individual patient simulations will be covered. Participants will be asked to modify example models and run analyses (eg, CEA, probabilistic sensitivity analysis, and evaluating structural uncertainty). Laptops with R installed, and some R skills are needed.
