ISPOR’s 2018 Special Task Force on Value Frameworks produced the “Value Flower.” This course describes how it worked, what it concluded, and what remains to be learned. It covers augmented cost-effectiveness analysis and the new Generalized Risk-Adjusted Cost-Effectiveness models, and methods to measure value (eg, MCDA) when these models cannot (eg, health equity and scientific spillovers).
