Participants will get a broad view of the Generalized Risk Adjusted Cost Effectiveness (GRACE) model for health technology evaluation. Current uses of standard CEA and concerns raised by that model will be discussed along with the GRACE methodology with its mathematical foundations. What is needed to incorporate the methodology into standard CEA and ethical implications will also be discussed.
